Bodyfat 17.35%
Down 0.78% in 2 weeks
Down 1.56% in 4 weeks
Down @ 2 lbs in 4 weeks
With my diet now in check,my goal remains to lose 1 lb per week,
although if I can lose 0.5 per week eating crap, maybe I can lose at
least 1.5 per week ...hmmm. I'm excited to see what the future holds!
